Workplace Health recently joined the rest of HR, IT and Finance on the new platform.
Queries regarding staff wellbeing and mental health support, the flu vaccination scheme and work-related immunisation can now all be accessed on MyServices.
MyServices has already processed over 30,000 requests since go-live. It replaces our previous platform, Remedyforce.
Room Bookings and Building Management to join next week
On Tuesday 10 September, Estates Building Management (formerly Business Operation Services) and Room Bookings will also join MyServices.The Building Management team provide VP Offices with office and facilities management support. From next Tuesday, all requests that are currently sent to the business operations email address will go through MyServices instead, including locker allocations and stationery requests to post, porterage and courier services.
From next Tuesday, all Room Bookings queries (including booking restricted rooms, portering and room setups, external speaker notifications, and CMISGo administrator access requests) should be raised via the MyServices portal.
LCCOS Facilities (Library, Culture, Collections and Open Science) will also join MyServices on 10 September.
