Seven Questions with... Laura Dell’Antonio

This week we meet fourth-year Biochemistry student Laura, who has a passion for playing hockey. Laura's gotten involved in a range of sports-related activities at UCL - including Pride in Sport and Varsity - and chats to us about some of her favourites here. What are you studying, why are you interested in this subject and what do you plan to do in the future?. I am currently in my fourth year of studying Biochemistry. I have always been interested in how human beings function and was fascinated by how complex we are, which was the reason I decided to study Biochemistry. During my time at university, I've explored the breadth of the subject and have realised that I am particularly interested in infectious diseases. I am unsure what the future holds, but am leaning towards a career in global health, focusing on infectious and emerging diseases.
