Two high-speed trains waiting in the platform at a London railway station - Industrial action across the national rail network has been announced for a number of dates in December 2022 and January 2023. Please be aware that your travel may be disrupted and keep an eye out for updates. Rail staff have announced a new round of strikes in December 2023 and January 2023 in a long-running dispute over pay and conditions. Widespread disruption to travel is expected across the country on these dates. The dates are: Tuesday 13-Wednesday 14 December 2022 Friday 16-Saturday 17 December 2022 From 6pm on Saturday 24 December 2022 - 6am on Tuesday 27 December 2022, which could impact travel plans over the winter break.
