Improvements to UCL’s Travel Booking Process for 2024

We have been listening to staff and student feedback on our travel booking processes at UCL and working to make improvements in response.

As a result of feedback from our staff and students, Clarity Travel will be replacing their current platform, "Clarity Go2Book, with an enhanced version, "ClarityGO", for booking flights, trains, car hire and accommodation.

This change will come into effect in early February. In anticipation, we have been beta testing the platform with groups of UCL staff making travel bookings and collating further user feedback for the past months. Responses have indicated an improved user experience of functionality, responsiveness and useability.

If you have any questions or would like to beta test the platform with any travel bookings that you have planned, then please contact Leon Tang ( leon.tang@ucl.ac.uk ). We always want to know ways that we can improve the booking experience, so we encourage you to continue to share your views with us and we will incorporate suggested improvements where possible.

A reminder of how to book travel, including flights, trains, Eurostar and taxis, and accommodation can be found here for both staff and students. We will be updating these pages with further instructions, FAQs and a step-by-step process for using ClarityGO when we transition to the improved platform at the end of the month.
