We have recently begun developing a whole-university strategy for health, led by a 0.2FTE Pro-Provost and a six-person Health Partnerships team. That work has demonstrated clearly that Health research, innovation and education is no longer confined to traditional biomedical faculties.
To realise the potential of this shift, we need to build the expertise and capacity to lead and embed multi-disciplinary approaches across UCL and with our health partners. We are therefore looking for a Vice-Provost (Health) who can work in partnership with all’our faculties and with the Vice-Provost team to help us draw together our strengths in this area to address new opportunities, reinforce existing partnerships, creating capacity for new ones and increasing our overall influence and impact.
