UniForum Service Effectiveness Survey 2020

Please participate in the forthcoming Service Effectiveness Survey about some key professional services at UCL and help us identify where we can improve, writes Fiona Ryland, UCL's Chief Operating Officer. Around 14,000 UCL staff will shortly be invited to participate in the Service Effectiveness Survey. The aim is to seek your confidential feedback about some key professional services at UCL. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The survey is part of the UniForum Programme, an international benchmarking exercise run by Cubane Consulting. They will compile our results and provide benchmarking against other universities in the programme. All your responses are confidential.
