Image of UCISA award trophy won by UCL Last week UCL won "UCISA Digital Transformation of the year" at the UCISA Awards 2023 for its Agile Transformation project. UCL is increasingly seen as an innovator and leader in this sector. The award has been earned for the concerted work of the CIO Leadership, delivery and service team members, and change partners across UCL. At the heart of the submission was the transformation of ISD from technology supplier to digital partner. Four key shifts have been delivered aligned to the Agile principles: - Product over Project Experience over Technology Empowerment over Control Co-creator over Order taker - Sophie Harrison (Director of Agile Product Delivery) said "I am very pleased for everyone to get the recognition they deserve in winning the award for the UCL Agile Transformation. Well done everyone in ISD, Advanced Research Computing (ARC), Change & Improvement, and all our brilliant product owners and stakeholders from across UCL. Transformation can be hard and only works when everyone pushes in the same direction.
