UCL teaching to be affected by industrial action in February and March

As you may have heard, some UCL students may experience disruption to their classes due to industrial action on 14 days between Monday 24 February - Friday 20 March 2020. Fourteen days of industrial action are planned by the University and College Union (UCU). UCU has called on its members to take action to support a dispute about proposed changes to the USS Pension Scheme , to which many staff who teach and support teaching belong. UCU has met all the legal requirements for calling a lawful strike. When will the industrial action take place?. There will be 14 days of industrial action over a four-week period. The dates are as follows: Week one : Monday 24, Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 February Week two : Monday 2, Tuesday 3, Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 March Week three : Monday 9, Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11, Thursday 12 and Friday 13 March Week four : Thursday 19 and Friday 20 March Please note these dates differ from those published on the UCU website.
