We have been working to build on our commitment to inclusion, belonging and equity and would like to update you on some of the work ongoing in this space during our next Staff Town Hall, which will take place on 1 May 2024 at 2.30pm. Book your place in person or online.

Conversations with staff and students have told us that ensuring a lived culture that reflects our values is important to people at UCL - to everyone from our leaders and right throughout our community.

We would like to update you on some of the work ongoing in the inclusion, equity and belonging space, including plans over the upcoming year to carry out an EDI Strategic Review to strengthen and amplify our existing commitments.

We are also working to make sure UCL remains a place where open discourse and different perspectives flourish and where more voices are amplified in decision-making.

We invite all staff to join a conversation about this through registering to join us in person or online at the Town Hall on 1 May at 2.30pm.

Panellists will include:
  • Dr Michael Spence, President & Provost
  • Donna Dalrymple, Chief People Officer
  • Alison Koslowski, Pro-Provost (Equity & Inclusion)
  • Professor Paola Lettieri, Vice President (Strategy) and Pro-Provost (UCL East)
  • Aimie Chapple, Vice President (Operations)
  • Geraint Rees, Vice-Provost (Research, Innovation & Global Engagement)
  • Chair: TBC

We will also be welcoming back an opening section for the Town Hall to hear from three more UCL Change Builders who are working to drive progress for our staff, students and community.

Directly after the event we will be serving light refreshments for those attending in person so please do stay and join us.

Sign up now and submit your questions for the panel.
