The Graduations team are turning our attention to the September 2025 Graduation Ceremonies , taking place from Monday 8 to Friday 12 September at Royal Festival Hall - and we’d love you to let us know if you’re available to support the upcoming graduation ceremonies.
Volunteering at Graduation is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a special moment in our students’ journeys. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team, welcoming graduates and their guests, and helping ensure the ceremonies run smoothly.
Whether you’re supporting registration, helping on the VIP/Accessibility desk, or assisting behind the scenes, we’ll provide all the information you need. Catering is provided throughout the week, and we’ll make sure your dietary needs are covered.
Earlier this year we asked for availability but as plans may have changed, please complete the updated availability form below - even if you’ve responded before (otherwise we will use the previous availability information you provided). If you’re available to help in September, please let us know by completing the sign-up form below by Thursday 24 July.

A reminder: Platform Party registration for September is also open!
If you’d like to take part in the Platform Party and sit on stage during the ceremonies, please enter your details into our Platform Party Portal. It’s a quick and simple process where you can select which ceremonies you’d like to attend and indicate whether you already have academic dress. You can update your preferences later if needed, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once you’ve submitted. Please note that once ceremonies reach capacity, we are unable to admit any further registrations. As such, we recommend registering early as ceremonies can reach full capacity by the time the deadline has passed!Please register for the Platform Party by Monday 11 August.
