Pride flag on campus The LGBTQ+ Equality Implementation Group (LEIG) has collaborated with students and staff to conduct extensive research and consultation into inclusive and nurturing environments. The result of this work is a robust plan of action that will make sure our LGBTQ+ students feel safe, valued and able to thrive at UCL. Expanding our careers resources and support to make sure students are equipped with the skills to thrive in the workplace as their authentic selves. Providing institutional training to UCL staff so they are equipped to meaningfully support our LGBTQ+ community, particularly our trans, non-binary and gender non-confirming students. Developing the Gender Expression Fund , so that this fund has longevity and can continue supporting as many trans students as possible throughout their time at UCL.
