Today’s Teams Tip - 19 November 2020

Back to an update on Teams this week. Microsoft are continuing to make improvements to the set-up options available when organising a meeting in Teams. Some of the recent developments include the ability to: - hold UCL people (not just external delegates) in a lobby area to ensure no one else can start your meeting early ultimate mute control - you can decide whether attendees can, or cannot unmute their mics (Top Tip:  if using this setting, make sure you have also designated your presenters for the meeting).
