Supporting staff through reasonable adjustments: Training for Line Managers

Training is now available for staff with line-management responsibilities to increase confidence in and awareness of supporting Disabled and Neurodivergent staff with and through, reasonable adjustments.

In response to the recently published new hybrid working guidance , trainining is available to staff with line-management responsibilities with Disabled and Neurdodivergent staff to support them with awareness and implementation of reasonable adjustments. 

The training will be delivered by Dr Lizzy Allman (EDI Manager and Disability Equity Lead), and will cover the following areas:

The sessions will be 2 hours with a short break midway, and will be run via Microsoft Teams on the following dates:

Please note that places are limited to 25 per session. We expect sessions to be oversubscribed, so please do not register unless you are confident of being able to honour your booking. Anyone registering after capacity has been reached, will be placed on a waiting list.
