The Student Triage and Referral Tool  is a digital tool for any UCL staff member who is worried about the wellbeing of a current UCL student. Student Support and Wellbeing are proud to announce that we are re-launching the tool as it has recently been comprehensively edited, expanded and updated. Students approach staff with a range of difficulties, academic or personal problems and sometimes it's not always clear what the best way to support them is. The Student Triage and Referral Tool offers guidance to the staff member about how to advise, signpost and support the student appropriately. The project to update the tool has been ongoing since the summer. It has been written in-house by members of the Student Support and Wellbeing team, which has included representatives from Development, Campaigns and Projects, Disability, Mental Health and Wellbeing, the Student Enquiries Centre and the Student Resident Advisers and is a way to share our specialist knowledge of student welfare with the rest of the UCL community.
