Spotlight on... Dr Christian Kusi-Obodum

This week we meet Dr Christian Kusi-Obodum, CRM Marketing Communications Officer at Communications and Marketing. Here, Christian chats to us about being featured in The Times and his work streamlining UCL's communications to prospective students. What is your role and what does it involve?. I work in the CRM team in Communications and Marketing (CAM). In short, my team manages prospective students' data and sends targeted communications to them. We support prospective student events too, sending communications and capturing registration data. It's a very varied role: you have to be ready to combine techie troubleshooting skills with wordsmithing and awareness of language and tone.
