We are aware of some issues with connecting to Wi-Fi / eduroam after a period of absence from the UCL campus. Since last year, eduroam settings have been updated and users may also have changed their passwords several times.
The easiest way to solve any connection problems is to use the eduroam ’CAT’ tool which you can set up before you get to campus. The automated tool recognises your device type and downloads and installs any settings you might need to connect.
