We are pleased to inform you that the issue with the Student Information System, Portico, has now been resolved and students are now able to make payments.
The new extended deadline to complete payment of tuition fees is Tuesday 14 May.
Students who meet this revised deadline will not be penalised for late or delayed payments.
We apologise to anyone who was inconvenienced by this outage and thank them for their patience.
Be alert to tuition fees fraud: UCL only accepts payment by Flywire
We have had reports of students receiving scam phone calls where the caller knows their personal details. They then try to convince the student to send their fees via bank transfer rather than Flywire. UCL only accepts tuition fee payments via Flywire - do not transfer any money to anyone asking you to pay your fees by bank transfer, and report the call to the university.Find out about common student scams and how to avoid them
