Portico will be unavailable from 5:00pm on Friday 5 December to 10:00am on Monday 8 December for a service upgrade. Associated services, such as online payments, will also be unavailable during this time.
It will not be possible to submit Delayed Assessment Permits (DAPs) or Extenuating Circumstances (EC) claims while Portico is offline. Please refer to Chapter 2 of the Academic Manual for further guidance about DAPS and EC claims during this service outage.
From 8 December Portico will have a new look and continue to function as it does today.
Following the service upgrade, your Portico navigation pane with links to your Portico tabs will be on the left-hand side of your screen. You can expand or collapse the navigation pane using the collapsed menu button and access the logout link via the profile details icon.
