Organisation structure, roles and responsibilities
The UCL leadership and structure chart is available on the Organisation structure webpage.
The site and chart provide clarity and a single source of truth for the structure and responsibilities of UCL’s Leadership Team.
They include information on the teams reporting into the President & Provost, including:
- Faculty Academic Leadership,
- Institutional Academic Leadership, and
- Professional Services Leadership.
Committee structure
We have also updated our Committees webpages and published a new UCL Committees chart.
The site and chart provide an overview of the responsibilities of:
- Council and its committees and sub committees;
- Academic Board and its committees; and
- University Management Committee and its committees.
Delegated Authorisations
On 9 July, UCL’s Council approved a refreshed Scheme of Delegation, setting out the rules around how decisions are taken at UCL. This marks another step in a broader review of UCL’s governance as part of the institutional priority project Delegated Authorisations Programme.
