UCL is undergoing a significant transformation in the management of our internal services, with the phased launch of new platform MyServices.
In a video released this week, Haydn Gibbins, Director of Financial Services at the Professional Services Hub, outlines some of the upcoming changes to Finance Services, as well as the benefits of MyServices - which will streamline processes and provide a more united approach to service management.
The transition to MyServices began with the Ioe Delivery Partners in June, followed by central finance and finance teams within the Professional Services Hub, which went live this month. Human Resources, ISD and other business areas will follow in August, with employee relationship and policy workplace health scheduled for September. This phased approach ensures a smooth transition across various departments.
"MyServices will bring a step change," Haydn notes; "for my team and for you, the end users. [It] offers a more unified approach to managing UCL services."
