Ordering office supplies has become easier with UCL’s new and improved service.
You can now order office supplies, stationery, and paper through Lyreco, which you can access through MyFinance (Oracle) . Simply "punch out" from UCL’s eMarketplace directly into the Lyreco platform using your UCL login. This new system replaces the Office Depot/Paragon service, making ordering stationery smoother and more efficient.
Improved service
As a UCL user, you’ll be able to order a wide range of products through Lyreco, with orders automatically linking back to MyFinance (Oracle) at checkout.
This new approach offers:
- Easy checkout and order completion through Oracle
- Greater visibility and control over departmental spend
- Improved delivery of KPIs and service levels
- Reduced reliance on our previous supplier, Office Depot.
Lyreco provides the same key benefits as our previous supplier, including free delivery for all’UCL users with access to Oracle and the eMarketplace.
In addition, the new platform offers more competitive pricing on a range of tendered products, which you can find on the Commercial and Procurement Services website.
How to access Lyreco through the eMarketplace
- Ensure you are using a UCL device or are authenticated via VPN or Remote Desktop.
- Look for the Lyreco PunchOut on the landing page.
On first use, you’ll be linked straight to the UCL and Lyreco online shop.
You’ll be able to:
- Browse UCL product offering available through Lyreco.
- View more than 150 products in our core tender list of products, which have already received preferential pricing.
