This LGBT+ History Month, we’re delighted to launch a new training module, available to all staff to help proactively embed LGBTQ+ equality in our ways of working.
The 30-minute online module is suitable for all members of staff and uses interactive and practical scenarios to highlight:
- Key terminology for inclusive conversations
- An overview of LGBTQ+ history
- Bystander interventions and allyship
This module has been devised and put together with the invaluable and essential input of various members of UCL’s LGBTQ+ community, who generously offered their time, experience and expertise through various consultation rounds.
