"We want to hear what users think of the campus," says Chris Short, Director of Campus Experience and Commercial Services. "Your feedback is invaluable in helping us create a better environment."
How CampusVibe works
Linking into MyCampus , user feedback will be monitored alongside maintenance and service requests, shaping our understanding of a space. For example, how is it used and how could it be improved? Each terminal has a question focused on the experience in the space, and all’you need to do is tap a smiley face, and if you have time add a comment with specific feedback.Currently we have five terminals live in Bloomsbury and our ambition is to roll out the service more widely. We will use further terminals and QR codes to track satisfaction on teaching spaces, toilets, cleaning, security, and more.
Do you want a CampusVibe terminal in your building?
You’re invited to help us with the next phase of the project. Tell us where you think the next UCL CampusVibe terminal should be.We look forward to hearing from you and making UCL an even better place to study, work, and visit.
