Introducing Clarity, UCL’s new travel management service

We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with Clarity to support the travel planning of staff and students with more flexibility and discounts. Clarity are a global travel management company specialising in higher education. With over 60 years of experience in the industry, they pride themselves on their high levels of customer service, ensuring every itinerary is tailored to the traveller. Clarity have provided UCL with a personal travel booking tool, which allows you to book flights, trains, Eurostar and taxis online. As a UCL student, booking through the Clarity portal gives you: Access to Academic Rates (discounted) as well as standard fares; Increased flexibility, including discounted or waived cancellation/change fees; Additional baggage allowance; All bookings will have 24/7 expert telephone support.
