The Graduate Prospectus for 2024/25 entry is now available online.

The Prospectus - a key tool in promoting UCL to prospective graduate students - includes detailed information for more than 700 programmes, as well as practical information about study opportunities at UCL, the benefits of studying here and how to make your Master’s matter.

The copy call process was completed in Portico for the third year, and we are very pleased that programmes approved for publication at launch improved from 68% last year to 87% this year. We appreciate the co-operation of the Faculty Communications and Marketing teams in achieving this, as well as the programme summary editors across UCL, who gathered, input and approved marketing content for the Prospectus. Only a handful of programmes now remain to be published and faculties are aware of and addressing the outstanding issues with these.

The improvements can be attributed to the Prospectus copy call continuous improvement led by Liz Carter and sponsored by Ali Parker, Director of Marketing in VPEE and Julie Smith, Director of Operations (AHS), as well as the hard work of both the VPEE Publications and Faculty MarComms teams. Drawing on feedback from previous copy calls, we introduced a series of quick win process enhancements, including technical changes to the programme summary editor (with the help of the Current Students Product team) and a user experience review of training materials (undertaken by Digital Experience). We are planning another series of quick wins ahead of the Undergraduate Prospectus copy call in December.

We are grateful to our colleagues in Academic Services (particularly Student Lifecycle), Admissions, Digital Experience and Student Fees for their work and continued support in providing an improved user experience.

The Graduate Prospectus was  published last month  ahead of applications for most programmes opening on 16 October. If you have any queries or comments, please contact the  VPEE Publications team.
