
The APS for Continuing Undergraduate Students collects feedback on various aspects of students’ experiences within their programmes, including module content, teaching quality, assessments, academic support, and learning resources. The survey also evaluates opportunities for collaboration, extracurricular activities, and career support. Additionally, it includes questions regarding reasonable adjustments and assistance.
Students who participate in the annual programme survey are automatically entered into a prize draw.
The most recent jackpot was won by Basit, who is pursuing an MEng in Chemical Engineering. After his win, we spoke with Basit about his experience at UCL and the importance of providing feedback:
Could you please tell us how has your experience been of studying at UCL so far?
"I have had a very positive experience at UCL so far. I’ve been able to meet people from all’over the world and learn about different cultures and customs that I didn’t know about before. There has also been a good balance between my studies and social activities since there are so many opportunities at UCL and in London generally."How do you feel about giving feedback at UCL?
"I think that giving feedback is key in improving the student experience at UCL and I think that giving feedback has been encouraged throughout my time at UCL. I’ve had many opportunities to give feedback, and I have also seen the feedback being acted upon in order to improve our experience."What do you hope to do with your prize? Any exciting plans ahead?
"I hope to spend it on travelling to Thailand this summer with my friends from UCL."Why Your Feedback Matters
