A new community bringing together colleagues from across UCL who are involved in, exploring, or keen to develop their skills in change and transformation.
Change is happening all’around us: new priorities, new ways of working, and new opportunities to do things better. To help us navigate this together, we’re launching the Strategic Change Network , and we’re inviting colleagues from across the organisation to get involved.
What is the Strategic Change Network?
The Strategic Change Network is a cross-organisation community of colleagues who are curious about change, passionate about being proactive to make things better and looking for a community to learn more and ask questions.
Our members will:
- join our termly meetings where we share tools, templates and practical tips, discuss best practice and focus on what matters most to our community
- have the opportunity to suggest or take part in workshops or forums
- act as a sounding board for emerging ideas
- share insights from their area of the organisation
- help test and improve approaches to change
- have access to our Teams channel: a non-judgemental space to ask questions and get advice
- build practical skills and confidence in change
- share ideas, and approaches with colleagues facing similar challenges
- strengthen connections and collaboration across teams, faculties and services
- strengthen our collective capability to deliver change.
Who is the network for?
We’re looking for colleagues from all roles, teams and locations. Diversity of experience and thinking is essential, whether you’re new to the organisation or have been here for years.
We are open to anyone across the UCL community who:
- is delivering or supporting change in their role
- is interested in change and transformation at UCL
- is simply, interested in upskilling in change.
