UCL's temporary voluntary resignation scheme will allow some staff to leave UCL of their own personal choice in return for a payment. This provides an opportunity for eligible staff who wish to pursue other interests or careers elsewhere, to do so with the support of a payment. The application form is now available through HR's webpages. The scheme is open for a limited time only from 28 November 2022 to 15 January 2023. Applications will be considered together and approved or rejected after the closing date. There are additional tools which are now available through the same pages including guidance for managers to support staff in making decisions, a payment estimator, a process map and a template notification for absent staff.
