The Department of Psychology at the University of Warwick is recruiting to a new research/teaching, full-time, permanent position available at either Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and inclusive community at the University of Warwick which is rated 9th in the UK and 74th in the World (see "About the University" below).

Furthermore, the Department is currently moving to its own building, following a comprehensive refurbishment project, with state-of-the-art research laboratories, teaching facilities and workspaces. The move is expected to be complete by the end of Summer 2026.

We are looking for candidates who will strengthen and complement teaching, research and impact within one or more of our three broad groups: Lifespan Health and Wellbeing; Language and Learning; and Behavioural Science.



About You

Candidates should hold a PhD and have a proven research record, a clear plan for future research and funding, the ability to provide inspirational teaching at both the undergraduate and post-graduate levels, and willingness to contribute to administrative duties.
