Bluestone360 and Plymouth University launch a brand new academy

Graduates from across the South West will have the opportunity to apply for valuable learning placements thanks to a new internship academy being launched in May. The bluestone360 academy will offer graduates in the creative arts sector the chance to enhance their CVs by working with real clients on live projects, securing business and gaining vital industry experience. The programme has been created through a partnership between Plymouth University and brand and business development experts bluestone360. A minimum of 12 graduates will be recruited each year, working for three months each alongside the bluestone360 team. Steve Kyffin, Managing Director and co-founder of the Royal William Yard-based company, said: “It is vital we support the development of future talent in our industry. At bluestone360 we know how tough it has always been for graduates to get a job or gain confidence to take a more entrepreneurial approach without industry experience. “The academy will go some way to giving graduates that vital experience and a stronger chance to get employment in the creative industry.
