This role is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships, managing a portfolio of high value products, and driving conversion in a competitive market. Sitting at the heart of the Executive Education team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and supporting ambitious professionals in selecting the Warwick Business School Executive Education open programmes and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) that align with their professional objectives.

You will bring a proactive, consultative approach to sales confidently identifying client needs, articulating the value and ROI of our programmes, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process. With responsibility for coordinating recruitment and business development activity, you’ll demonstrate strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple pipelines, and the drive to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results.

If you are motivated by achieving targets, enjoy building rapport quickly, and have the commercial instinct to spot opportunities and act on them, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact. About You

You will take a proactive, consultative approach to sales, quickly identifying client needs, articulating programme value and ROI, and confidently guiding prospects through their decision making.

Highly organised and adept at managing multiple priorities, you’ll coordinate recruitment and business development activity while building strong relationships with participants and stakeholders at all levels.

With experience in events or recruitment coordination, ideally in a professional or educational setting, you’ll bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use digital tools to support engagement.
