The Client Relationship Director is a senior role within the Executive Education team, responsible for driving the commercial success of our customised executive education provision. You will lead the development and management of high value client relationships, taking opportunities from initial prospect engagement through to contract close, active delivery, and long-term partnership growth. Managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, developing a deep understanding of client needs and shaping bespoke learning solutions that deliver impact. The role includes identifying and winning new business, assessing and responding to RFPs, and leading internal collaboration across faculty and professional services teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes. This is a pivotal role during a period of growth and innovation for Executive Education, offering the opportunity to influence strategy, build enduring partnerships, and contribute directly to revenue growth and reputation. About You You will be an experienced senior client relationship or business development professional with a strong track record of working at Board, C-suite, and senior executive level. Highly commercial and relationship focused, you are confident managing complex sales cycles, developing tailored solutions, and securing high value opportunities. You will be proactive, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, target driven environment, with excellent communication and influencing skills. Experience in executive education, professional services, or a similar consultative sales environment is desirable, alongside the ability to manage accounts, financial forecasts, and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and credibility.
