Role Description

The Departments of Computer Science, Mathematics and Insitute for Safe Autonomy are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join our friendly Professional Support administration team. The role holder will act as the first point of contact for Computer Science, Mathematics and ISA, for a range of financial queries and lead on a number of transactional duties such as raising purchase orders and the processing of invoices, payments and expenses.

Skills, Experience & Qualification needed

  • Level 2 qualification including Maths and English. (Qualifications at this level include five GCSEs at grade A*-C/ grade 4-9. Please view the full list .) We also welcome applicants with equivalent non-UK qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
  • Planning and organisational skills, e.g. meetings and events
  • Works collaboratively with others
  • Organise activities and resources
