Mandatory Training Line Manager Report launched

A person smiling and looking at their laptop We are pleased to launch a new Mandatory Training Line Manager report, now available on Tableau. The report is the second of three editions aimed at promoting a culture of mandatory training compliance at UCL. It is available to line managers, and provides a list of direct reports - including both new and existing staff - and their compliance status across all mandatory training courses. The data is refreshed every day and is pulled from LearnUpon and Cybsafe - an external platform which hosts the Information Security course. The Mandatory Training Line Manager report displays information such as the completion date for mandatory training courses, and lists those staff who have and have not completed the courses. To be fully compliant, an employee must have completed all eight mandatory training courses. Please note that contractors do not currently appear on the dashboard, so if managers have contractors as direct reports, they will need to continue to request completion certificates to monitor training completion.
