TLI Think! A Dickson Poon Transnational Law Institute, King’s College London Research Paper Series is an initiative of the Transnational Law Institute (TLI) , an interdisciplinary research and teaching centre with a particular focus on transnational and comparative law, legal theory and jurisprudence, collaborative research, and legal education. The TLI Think! Research Paper Series is a platform that will serve, foremost, as a dissemination and discussion hub for work produced at King’s College London but also by scholars and practitioners affiliated with the TLI and the annual Transnational Law Summer Institute (TLSI) in the fields of law, legal theory and philosophy, political science and political theory, global governance, sociology and legal geography.
