From Monday, 30 September, UCL’s catering and hospitality service partner - Gather & Gather - will introduce their new seasonal menu.

Embracing the essence of the colder months, the Autumn/Winter 2024 menu highlights a range of international dishes with a focus on fresh ingredients. The menu is primarily plant-based and features rich, bold flavours. All menus can be found on the Food at UCL - Hospitality webpage. 

In alignment with UCL’s dedication to sustainability, ingredients are sourced from local farmers, minimising carbon footprint and supporting the local economy. This commitment ensures that the menu is delicious and environmentally responsible.

Baerbel Moehrle, Head of Hospitality and Events, describes the new menu as "capturing the warmth and richness of autumn and winter through curated menus that embrace innovative and healthy ingredients, offering creative combinations."

The food on offer reflects Gather & Gather’s passion for innovation and their dedication to providing a unique dining experience for the UCL community.

The food menu features an array of international flavours, seasonal ingredients and bold flavours. To enhance the offering, there is a full drinks selection of popular favourites, including vegan wines, a range of curated beers and low and no alcohol options.
