Focusing on the essence of the season, the new spring/summer 2024 menu focuses on fresh ingredients, with a mostly plant-based menu. The seasonal ingredients are combined with innovative flavours, creating a menu that is colourful, bold, and sustainably sourced.
In line with UCL’s commitment to a greener, healthier future, the ingredients used in the new menu are primarily sourced locally, support local farmers and reduce the carbon footprint associated with transportation.
Head of Hospitality & Events, Baerbel Moehrle, described the new menu as "embracing seasonal flavours to create vibrant combinations that include fresh flavours and sweet treats that will delight the palate." The inspirational menu reflects the culinary team’s commitment to innovation and delivering a unique dining experience for the UCL community.
