As the Director of Operations and Strategy, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and mission-centric functioning of the organisation. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum, including human resources, financial, operational, and legal matters; planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning; and people and culture leadership.

You will also be central to managing relations with RLRH’s esteemed host sites at Oxford and the British Institute in Eastern Africa (BIEA).

Through your effective team management, strategic planning, and cross-departmental collaboration, you will be instrumental in advancing the institution’s mission and goals, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
