Assistant or Associate Professor

£36261 to £61618 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience (minimum 51,630 at Associate Professor Level). Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

We are recruiting a new member of academic staff to the School of Law at the University of Nottingham at either Assistant or Associate Professor level.

The School of Law at the University of Nottingham is a dynamic place for research, teaching and learning. It is consistently ranked amongst the top law schools in the UK and attracts some of the very best students from around the world to its excellent undergraduate, Masters and PhD programmes.

We are looking for an Assistant or Associate Professor to join our intellectually engaging and collegial academic environment, who is able to contribute to teaching property law at undergraduate and postgraduate level (Land Law and/ or Law of Trusts). Other teaching may also be available, depending upon the successful candidate’s background and interests. We will also expect the successful candidate to publish internationally excellent research, and have the ability to secure research funding. All of our academics also contribute to School administration.
