FAMIS has now been decommissioned, as of 31 July 2024.Maintenance Ticket Requests
Requests for maintenance, repair, cleaning, setting up for an event, or moving can now be done via MyCampus (with the exception of buildings on the UCL East campus).I have outstanding service request tickets on the previous system - what will happen to these?
If you have an outstanding ticket on FAMIS, you would have been contacted by the team in the lead up to the decommissioning. If your request is still unresolved, please kindly raise this on MyCampus for the team to action your request.What’s Coming?
Space Data reports
The way you access UCL space data with us is changing. The space reports function is being developed on MyCampus. If you need access to any space data information over August 2024, please contact our space team and they will be able to assist - spaceteam@ucl.ac.ukWe will send further communications when the space data function is available on MyCampus.
